Results sit well above national benchmarks: 57 per cent of GCSE grades reached 9-7, against a national average of 23 per cent, while at A-level 51 per cent of entries were graded A*-A and 84 per cent A*-B, comfortably ahead of the 28 and 55 per cent national figures.
