Mobile phone policy

Pupils may bring mobile phones into school, but they are required to be out-of-sight at all times, unless under a teacher's supervision. Pupils in years 7 and 8 lock their phones away at the start of the school day. Older pupils carry their phones in a pocket. Sixth form students may use their phones in their designated areas. Phones are often used alongside other technology (laptops, ipads and computer suites) to enrich and enliven lessons.
