Mobile phone policy

For pupils in Years 7-11, mobile phones, smart watches and headphones should not be seen, heard or used in the school grounds or buildings (unless given specific permission for educational purposes), and must be switched off on entering the school gates and kept in a bag or locker. Sixth Form students (Years 12-13) must keep phones switched off or on silent during the school day and may only make calls in designated areas such as the Sixth Form Common Room.

Watch Passmate decide how to teach.

Answer as a child would. Left: what they see. Right: what it learns about them.

Entry is competitive, with 192 places assessed in English, Maths and Verbal Reasoning. For a confident all-rounder, the rewards are strong academics and exceptional pastoral care.

That’s where Passmate comes in. Tutoring is the most effective thing in a child’s preparation - a well-tutored child can outperform the vast majority of their peers. Passmate works alongside your tutor, not instead of them: it learns how your child thinks, finds the gaps, and shows the tutor exactly where to spend each session - so the limited time you have lands on what actually decides a place.

Works alongside your child’s tutor - not instead of them.
