Pupils in years 6 to 8 are allowed to bring personal mobile phones to school. Pupils in year 5 and under are not permitted to bring mobile phones into school unless permission is sought from the head. If a pupil in year 6 to 8 brings a phone to school, they must bring it to the front office where it will be securely stored for the duration of the school day. Pupils are not usually permitted to use personal mobile phones on school premises. Pupils must seek the permission of a member of staff before using a mobile phone on school premises, at an activity or on a trip. This includes taking photographs and making recordings.
