International School of London
London, Hounslow, Greater London · W3 8LG
Founded in 1972, the International School of London takes the International Baccalaureate as its sole curriculum, a choice that shapes its outlook from the first year of senior school through to the sixth form. It is a small, mixed independent school of around 395 pupils, with a sixth form of about 65, in Hounslow, west London. The intimate scale lends itself to close attention, and the IB framework suits families who value a globally minded, inquiry-led education over the traditional GCSE and A-level route. A notably high proportion of pupils, close to a quarter, receive SEN support.
